Can I get Samples of the rug before I Buy?

do offer samples of our running line colors Samples are $4.80
each to the lower 48
states.
(Alaska, Hawaii, Porto Rico and Canada are extra)
We ship all samples via Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 Days for
your samples to arrive. We do not offer samples of the items
listed in our specials category.
Dye lot and fiber type are based on the samples you
receive if you keep the sample to long before ordering the dye lot
and fiber type can change without notice. Most Multi colors are
seasonal & will not be available at all times & sizes so it is
best to call us and order or check stock as soon as you receive
your samples to ensure you get the rug size and color of your
choice.
How do I clean my Shag Rug?
For everyday
cleaning set your vacuum on the high
setting/ or bare floor setting or you can use your
vacuum attachments.
It will not hurt the durability of your Shag rug to vacuum it.
To spot clean or surface clean you
can Use
any store bought rug cleaner. Make sure to read the details to be
sure it is ok for you fiber type. Follow the cleaning
instructions. Please do not submerse your shag rug in water.
Do I need a Rug Pad?
We recommend all rugs going over any hard surface have a
rubberized non skid rug pad.
Can I return my Shag Rug?
It is best to order a sample to help avoid the need to return.
Standard Rug
size 5 x 8 and under can be exchanged or refunded.
All custom sizes, custom cuts, seam rugs, stock, sale items and
rug sizes 6 x 9 and over are EXCHANGE ONLY.
A 30% restocking fee
will be
applied on ALL
returns that are not exchanged.
Note: Large rugs will exceed the girth, width and weight and the
shipping is expensive because they are considered Over Sized and
Over weight! Exchanges/Refunds must be done within 3 days of
receiving your rug. We must be contacted to email the necessary
forms.
How long does it take for me to get my rug?
We try to have
every order processed and shipped from our location within 3 days
of the order being placed. Transit times will vary depending on
location and size of your rug.
How will my rug be shipped?
All rugs will
ship Via UPS up to 8 Foot in length, all larger rugs and multi
piece shipments will be shipping with a freight company. Customer
must be home to receive the shipment and have assistance to take
the rug(s) inside. We can arrange an inside delivery in some
areas, the shipping company will not do deliveries with stairs or
elevator in some areas. We can get a quote and let you know
depending on your area what services are available.
I have a deadline to meet Can I get my shag rugs shipped faster?
Yes we do have several options available to get rugs shipped
faster. We can get a quote for you all we need is the rug size and
a zip code. Note on expedition fees we charge you exactly what the
carrier charges us. Almost every shag that has been expedited has
make it on time and in many cases before the scheduled delivery
date
In the event
the carrier fails to meet the deadline. We do not assume any
liability and do not refund Any Expedition fees.
